Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Second Pressman to support the offset operator and produce packaging products per customer specs at our Neenah, WI facility. You will assist with make-ready, operate the press, set up feeders, manage inks and coatings, and maintain press cleanliness while supporting quality and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Safety sensitive position.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Rotating shift availability.
• Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with make-ready and operation of the offset printing press.
• Set up the press feeder and keep it running properly.
• Install inks and maintain levels during the run.
• Maintain fountain solution levels and stage stock for jobs.
• Assist with removal, replacement, and maintenance of rollers.
• Act as a backup Press Operator when needed.
