Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and comprehension.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Good problem-solving using common sense and basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety, quality, and timely product delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S workspace.
• Use and maintain visual management tools for clear communication.
• Follow environmental guidelines and PPE usage.
• Communicate environmental or safety concerns to management.
• Willing to overtime with limited notice.
• Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Cross-train on molding presses and other departments.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team.
• Lift up to 30 lbs.
