Job summary

ES MFG in Auburn Hills, MI is hiring Mold ing Operators to join our automotive manufacturing team. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with weekly pay and overtime opportunities. This full-time position on 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday, 2:45 pm–11:00 pm.

You will operate production machinery, monitor performance and quality, perform minor adjustments, and maintain accurate production records while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

Operate production machinery used in automotive manufacturing.
Monitor machine performance and production quality.
Make minor machine adjustments as needed.
Perform routine quality inspections on finished products.
Maintain accurate production records.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
