Job summary
ES MFG in Auburn Hills, MI is hiring Machine Operators for 3rd shift, 10:00 PM – 6:15 AM. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with overtime opportunities and weekly pay.
We seek dependable, safety‑focused individuals to join our manufacturing team and grow a long‑term career. You will operate automotive production machinery, monitor performance, perform basic adjustments, conduct quality inspections, and maintain production records while following safety procedures and collaborating with teammates
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery used in automotive manufacturing.
- Monitor machine performance and production quality.
- Make minor machine adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine quality inspections on finished products.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
