Job summary

Trinity Products in St. Charles, MO is seeking a Mill Operator on 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 1:00pm–9:30pm). You will operate the weld steel-pipe mill and heavy equipment, using hand tools, reading measurements, and performing math calculations to ensure quality.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years in manufacturing, and a mechanical mindset. Training provided for overhead crane and forklift; safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalence required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial setting preferred.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate the weld steel-pipe mill machine and related heavy equipment.
• Utilize hand tools and various hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Read and interpret work orders and measurements.
• Perform calculations and use computer applications controlling the mill.
• Operate overhead crane and forklift (training provided).
• Maintain safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
