Job summary

INX International in Chicago, IL is seeking a Mill Operator for the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm; training on first shift up to 90 days). You will operate milling equipment, handle packaging and labeling, and maintain TPM standards to produce high-quality ink for various applications.

Qualifications

• Use quantitative and qualitative research to assess new product success and suggest process improvements.
• High school diploma or GED required, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Good math and basic computer skills are required.
• Reliable to work assigned shift and able to work overtime as needed.
• Collaborate with scheduling, Quality Coordinator, and Preventative Maintenance to support sustainability.
• Demonstrate exceptional attendance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe and effective operation of milling equipment.
• Handle production support equipment: press out units, pump filter equipment, and forklifts.
• Package and label product into various containers.
• Clean and maintain equipment to TPM standards.
• Participate in TPM projects with the team.
