Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 40 lbs, basic math skills, and safety-mindedness. Forklift experience and handheld measuring tools are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply metal to customer orders and process material per work orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe processing area and operate equipment safely.
• Enter required information accurately and assist in packaging as directed.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Verify product against setup notes and record measurements.
• Identify and segregate scrap and non-conforming material.
• Provide feedback on machine efficiency and product quality.
• Train others when required and support lean activities.
