Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Perform basic math skills.
• Use of handheld measuring tools.
• Safety mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Apply metal to customer orders and process material according to work order specifications.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Balance workload, maintain clean and safe work area, and perform quality checks.
• Enter and record measurements and material identifications as instructed.
• Support lean and quality initiatives and assist in packaging as needed.
