The Jor-Mac Company is seeking a Metal Finisher for the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu 4:30 p.m.–2:30 a.m.). You will perform finishing operations, grinding, polishing, buffing and deburring to ensure parts meet quality specs and customer requirements.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, experience in metal finishing, ability to work the 2nd shift, and knowledge of safety procedures. Preference for blueprint reading and experience with automated finishing machinery.

The 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m.–2:30 a.m. Metal Finisher plays a critical role in ensuring that metal components meet precise quality and aesthetic standards before they proceed to the next stage of production or shipment. This position is eligible for a $4.00 per hour shift premium and involves applying various finishing techniques such as grinding, polishing, buffing, and deburring to metal parts. The Metal Finisher must carefully inspect each piece to identify imperfections and apply corrective measures to achieve a smooth, defect-free surface. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintain product integrity and workplace safety. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall manufacturing process by enhancing the durability and appearance of metal products.
