Job summary

The Jor-Mac Company Inc in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Metal Finisher for the 3rd shift (Weekend shift: Friday to Sunday, 6:30am–6:30pm). You will apply grinding, polishing, buffing and deburring to metal parts to meet strict quality and aesthetic standards before they move to the next stage or shipment.

Attention to detail, safety compliance and accurate inspection of each piece are essential. You will document findings and collaborate with QC and production teams to ensure durable, high‑quality

About the Role:

The 3rd Shift- Weekend Shift, Friday-Sunday 6:30am- 6:30pm, Metal Finisher plays a critical role in ensuring that metal components meet precise quality and aesthetic standards before they proceed to the next stage of production or shipment. Minimum Qualifications:
