About the Role:
The2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m.–2:30 a.m. Metal Finisher plays a critical role in ensuring that metal components meet precise quality and aesthetic standards before they proceed to the next stage of production or shipment. This position is eligible for a$4.00 per hour shift premium and involves applying various finishing techniques such as grinding, polishing, buffing, and deburring to metal parts. The Metal Finisher must carefully inspect each piece to identify imperfections and apply corrective measures to achieve a smooth, defect-free surface. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintain product integrity and workplace safety.
