Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a Per Diem Mental Health Technician for the 2nd shift at Three Rivers Midlands, a behavioral health facility serving youths aged 11–18. The role supports residents with daily activities, therapy-oriented interactions, and adherence to the master treatment plan under clinical supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in psychology or related field with at least one year of direct care experience in residential or educational settings.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field with at least 1 year of direct care experience with youths.
• SC driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced residential treatment setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses in psychiatric and physical care of residents per MTP.
• Carry out resident program schedule and treatment plan with the team.
• Interact with residents therapeutically while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Support daily activities and events for residents.
