Job summary

The Manufacturing Technician position is located in the Wilmington, MA area and is responsible for operating production equipment while ensuring high-quality standards in the manufacturing of medical implants and components. The role offers 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with a base pay of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour plus a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; medical device or regulated environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Knowledge of ISO Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated English reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships across the organization.
• Understand the objectives and responsibilities of the Manufacturing department and work towards those goals.
• Prioritize and plan work activities; adapt for changing conditions.
• Execute daily maintenance and start-up activities.
• Perform machine set-ups and operate machinery and processing equipment.
