Medical Device Assembler - 2nd Shift

Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Sandy, UT is seeking an entry-level General Assembler for a 12-month contract on a W2 basis. You will participate in fabrication, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices, while setting up and maintaining equipment on a 2nd shift (4pm-12:30am).

You will perform quality inspections, follow SOPs and quality guidelines, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Zero to one year of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Has good attention to detail
• Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices, plus setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment.
• May conduct quality inspections on processing line per quality specifications.
• Works within clearly defined SOPs and adheres to quality guidelines.
