Job summary

BD in El Paso is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to perform assembly, packaging, and labeling of medical devices in a GMP environment. You will operate multiple manufacturing processes, complete batch records, and ensure product quality and safety compliance.

Your experience with GMP, GDP, and quality systems, plus ability to read specifications and follow SOPs, will help maintain production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in a fast-paced medical manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP and quality systems; familiarity with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package and label medical devices per GMP, SOPs and quality standards.
• Operate and be certified in multiple manufacturing processes across areas.
• Complete batch records and production logs; review documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain 5S, cleanroom standards and safe work practices.
