Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in El Paso, TX is seeking an entry-level General Assembler for a 12-month contract on W2. This position runs on the 3rd shift from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour work week.

Under direct supervision, you will assist in the preparation and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, and/or medical devices in accordance with GMP, SOPs, OSHA, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand Basic English.
• Operating skills of manufacturing equipment and hand/pallet jack preferred.
• Problem solving skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Possess a basic understanding of production processes and equipment.
• Follow GMP, SOPs and safety procedures.
• Transport materials using material handling equipment per safety guidelines.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and PPE compliance.
• Available for overtime as needed.
• Monitor and report environmental hazards and ensure proper labeling and storage of chemicals.
• Complete Operator Training Program per guidelines.
• Be available for other projects or assignments as requested by management.
• Look for ways to simplify or improve products, services, systems, and processes.
