Qualifications

State-approved Medication Aide course required.
High School diploma required.
PCA or CNA certification required.
Ability to communicate in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

Assist with medication administration and resident care.
Demonstrate respectful, compassionate care for residents.
Attend in-service and continuing education per state rules.
Document clearly and report changes in resident condition promptly.
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and safety procedures.
Work as part of a team to ensure quality resident care.
