Job summary

Belimo in Danbury, CT, is seeking a Production Maintenance Mechatronics Team Lead for the 2nd shift. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate maintenance work, and stay hands-on with troubleshooting and repairs.

The role requires strong skills in PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, and robotics, plus experience with CMMS (SAP) and maintenance documentation. A 2nd shift is required and a competitive compensation package accompanies this role.

Qualifications

The candidate has an associate degree or technical diploma in Mechatronics or equivalent experience.
Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, fluid, and control systems is required.
Experience with robotics, automated machinery, conveyors, or similar equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical leadership for 2nd shift maintenance technicians.
Coordinate maintenance activities based on equipment condition and production needs.
Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment, PLCs, sensors, and drives.
Lead passdown communication and shift handoffs with clear documentation.
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
