Sibanye-Stillwater is hiring a Mechanical Reduction Operator for the 2nd shift in Greenville, NC. This hands-on role involves operating industrial equipment, moving materials with a forklift, and maintaining accurate production documentation.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, with preferred manufacturing/warehouse experience. Onsite, full-time hours with safety training and opportunities to grow manufacturing skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience preferred.
• Forklift or machine operating experience is a plus.
• Must be able to follow instructions and complete basic production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as ball mills, blenders, crushers, de-caners, and drum tilters.
• Use a forklift to move and weigh materials safely.
• Prepare and process materials according to established procedures.
• Verify material information and complete production documentation accurately.
• Identify and report material, weight, labeling, or equipment concerns.
• Clean equipment and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals safely and efficiently.
