Qualifications

• Monitors throughput, quality, and assigns tasks to staff.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Material Handlers and manage workload distribution.
• Provide on-the-job training and assist with problem solving; address escalated issues.
• Apply Lean Principles to daily activity and drive process improvements.
• Perform duties of staff when needed and handle equipment operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
