Currently hiring: Material Handling Supervisor

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

We are looking for you to:

• Manage a team of Material Handlers
• Interview, hire, and train employees
• Oversee daily workflow and schedule assignments
• Operate forklifts and move goods and materials around warehouses and industrial sites
• Operate machinery including forklifts and tuggers
• Maintain clear aisles by cleaning floors and removing debris
• Empty waste and recycling bins
• Assist with production line tasks as needed
• Assist with janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Load and unload materials from vehicles
• Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Follow written instructions and keep records
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications

You will have:

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in the warehouse industry
• Experience managing warehouse or manufacturing operations
• Proven ability to motivate and train staff
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed
• Strong planning, organizing, prioritizing, and time management skills
