Description

Currently hiring: Material Handling Supervisor

Shift: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Facility type: Manufacturing

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a team of Material Handlers
• Interview, hire, and train employees
• Oversee daily workflow and schedule assignments
• Operate forklifts and move goods and materials around warehouses and industrial sites
• Operate machinery including Forklifts and Tuggers
• Maintain clear aisles by cleaning and sweeping floors, removing debris, pallets, and boxes
• Empty waste and recycling bins
• Assist with production line tasks as needed
• Perform janitorial cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Load and unload materials from vehicles
• Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Follow written instructions and keep records
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments
• Experience managing warehouse or manufacturing operations
• Proven ability to motivate and train staff
