Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Material Handler in Swedesboro, NJ (Logan Township area) for 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM). The role involves packaging, receiving, handling, and shipping materials, with a pay rate of $16.94/hour plus 10% shift differential to $18.63/hour.

This full-time, on-site position supports production and distribution in a large engineering and logistics environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong reliability and teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties such as packaging, unpackaging, put away, sorting, staging, picking, shipping and preparing units for production.
• Cut open boxed inventory and place on shelves as needed.
• Wrap cords neatly and label or color-code for easy identification.
• Meet or exceed daily production and quality goals while maintaining accuracy.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain a clean, safe workstation.
