Job summary

Mancan is seeking a dedicated Material Handler for the Mantua area. This 2nd shift position runs Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with some overtime required. The role is temporary with potential for permanent placement after the temporary period.

The ideal candidate will operate material handling equipment safely, assist in loading/unloading, and maintain accurate inventory records while upholding clean, organized work practices and strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test as part of the hiring process.
• 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime available
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous Material Handler experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment to move materials within the facility.
• Receive, store, and distribute materials per procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through physical and system tasks.
• Inspect materials for defects, damages, or discrepancies.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
