Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Material Handler to lead dispensing and handling of raw materials for production. You will verify labels, document processes, comply with GMP and safety standards, mentor teammates, and support inventory adjustments in a fast-paced facility.

The role operates on the 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with a $21.00 hourly rate and an additional $1.50 shift differential. Onboarding is provided to ensure a smooth start and strong integration into the team.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing or material handling experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle powders, chemicals, and food allergens.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense raw materials according to specifications.
• Verify labels and document dispensing processes accurately.
• Load and unload raw materials; report damage or inconsistencies.
• Scale, measure, and sample materials with precision.
• Mentor peers and support a positive team environment.
• Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
