Job summary

Entegris in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking a Material Handler I for 2nd shift (3pm–11:30pm). You will kit materials, move inventory between stations, stock materials, and perform cycle counts, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, warehousing experience preferred, SAP/ERP experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Entegris offers comprehensive benefits and a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehousing experience preferred.
• SAP/ERP experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40lbs daily.
• Ability to climb ladders and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Astute attention to detail.
• Dependability with flexibility to work overtime and weekends as-needed to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials to the appropriate workstations throughout the plant.
• With instruction, complete SAP (warehouse management system) transactions.
• Complete specified functions of 6S responsibilities (sort, set in order, shine, sustain, safety).
• Put product away physically into location and in SAP.
• Support inventory control by conducting weekly cycle counts and delegated inventory tasks.
• Kit finished and semi-finished goods to specifications from orders with high accuracy.
• Provide accuracy and consistency in work performance.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Work as part of a team.
