Job summary

We are seeking a Material Handler I to support the warehouse/stockroom, manage inventory records, and rotate stock daily at Sargent Aerospace & Defense. You will count, store, and reconcile records while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

The role requires basic math, data entry accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. Overtime and weekend flexibility are essential to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math skills, read pick lists, data printouts, bills of material and other documents
• Must be computer literate. Intermediate a plus
• Must be detail-oriented with good mathematical abilities
• Must be able to bend and lift 40 lbs
• Must have ability to work as a team member to achieve production standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization skills and initiative
• Must be flexible with overtime and weekends
• Attendance and punctuality are essential
