Champion Personnel in Streetsboro, OH is seeking a Material Handler to move materials, load and unload shipments, and keep work areas organized. The role supports production and requires reliability and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

We offer a stable, full-time schedule on 2nd shift with a starting pay of $21/hour, potential for permanent hire, and a clean, modern facility with benefits upon permanent hire.

Competenze

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Steel-toe boots required.

Mansioni

• Move materials throughout the facility using manual and powered equipment.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Stage materials for production and keep work areas organized.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
• Follow safety procedures while maintaining a clean workspace.
• Work closely with production to ensure materials are available when needed.
