Job summary

Bold + is seeking a Material Handler to move, store, and supply raw materials, components, and finished goods across the facility to support production flow. You will ensure materials are available where and when needed while upholding safety and accuracy.

The role requires operating forklifts/pallet jacks (as certified where applicable), following PPE protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet daily goals. Four-day work weeks and shift premium are included in benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift.
• Lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes.
• Must wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout the facility according to work orders and schedules.
• Supply production areas with necessary materials.
• Load and unload materials using handling equipment.
• Verify materials for accuracy and identify issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and movement documentation.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and receiving teams.
