Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler in Irving, TX to move, store, and track materials. You will operate material handling equipment and support production to ensure materials are available where needed.

This full-time role on Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10pm offers competitive pay, a bonus plan, 401(k) match, PTO, and opportunities for career growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate or become certified to operate forklifts.
• Basic math, reading, and writing to verify counts and complete docs.
• Ability to learn inventory systems and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Deliver materials to production lines per schedules.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely.
• Verify quantities against packing slips and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and locations.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Keep work areas clean and safe per procedures.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns.
