Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler in Irving, TX. The role supports production by moving and tracking materials, operating forklifts, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will work 1:30pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday, in a manufacturing and warehouse setting with safety as a priority. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable using handheld scanners and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and related equipment.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to verify counts and complete documentation.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Deliver materials to production lines based on schedules and requests.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Receive shipments, verify quantities, and report discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize storage locations.
• Prepare materials for production and shipment; complete paperwork and system updates.
• Support cycle counts and inventory investigations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
