Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a 2nd shift Material Handler for our Richmond, KY plant. You will ensure on-time delivery and accurate inventory while operating forklifts and related equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic English proficiency, and willingness to work up to 12 hours daily, including weekends. Previous material handling experience is preferred; Hilo driving experience is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• One month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Previous material handling experience preferred.
• Previous Hilo driving experience preferred.
• Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day including weekends.
• Must have basic computer skills and safe driving ability.

Mansioni

• Operate forklift and lifting devices to move materials.
• Move materials within the plant to designated areas efficiently.
• Inventory materials on the floor and supply workers with materials as needed.
• Unload and stack materials onto pallets and manage loads.
