Job summary

You will load/unload trucks, handle hazardous containers, manage inventory with FIFO, back up shipping/receiving tasks, and assist in packaging. Experience with forklift and overhead crane is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Experience driving a Hilo
• Shipping and Receiving experience (1 year minimum)
• Overhead crane experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks in the shipping/receiving department
• Ensure hazardous containers are securely closed and labeled during handling
• Store hazardous containers in designated marked areas
• Transport materials to operators and to shipping/receiving
• Organize inventory using FIFO to rotate stock
• Assist in packaging or banding containers for shipping
• Back up shipping/receiving by operating the scale and creating labels
