2nd Shift Differential

Job summary

RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking two Material Handlers on the 2nd shift with a $2 shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The role involves moving materials with a forklift, managing supplies for the filling line, and prepping pallets for shipping.

Qualified candidates will have forklift experience, basic math and reading comprehension skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A forklift license must be obtainable.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Move materials with forklift to appropriate locations within department and around facility.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Check inventory of machine tape, hot glue, UPC labels, box labels, ribbons, pallets, etc.
• Order materials and maintain supplies necessary for the daily running of materials, such as cans, boxes, lids, pallet ship sheets, etc.
• Maintain supplies for filling line, such as empty cans, boxes, etc. and operate forklift to manage supply of materials to lineMove full pallets of finished material to pallet wrappers and wrap with shrink wrap.
• Move completed pallets to shipping staging areas
