Job summary

RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking 3rd shift Filling Line Operators. A $1,000 Sign-On Bonus is offered. You will assist with operating the filling line and box completed product, while maintaining supplies and supporting line changes.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper lid application, labeling, boxing, palletizing, and completing tracking forms. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a paint manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Read batch tickets and follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the filling line and box finished product.
• Maintain line supplies and assist with line changes.
• Verify lids and apply labeling to containers.
• Print and label filled boxes for shipping.
• Box and palletize finished products and move pallets to staging areas.
• Complete tracking forms and attach to pallets.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Assist with operating filling line and box completed product.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintain supplies for filling line, such as empty cans, boxes, etc.
• Assist operator in changing filing line components from run to run
• Check application of lids on containers and manually tighten any loose lids
• Print and apply labeling to filled boxes
• Box and palletize finished product
• Complete tracking forms and attach to pallets
• Move completed pallets to shipping staging areas
