Job summary

RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking a 2nd shift Material Handler. Move materials with forklift around the facility, load/unload as needed, and ensure pallets are prepared for wrapping and shipping.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered, and a 2nd shift differential applies. Qualified candidates should have forklift experience, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is looking for 2nd Shift Material Handlers ($2 Shift Differential). $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

GENERAL SUMMARY

Move materials with forklift to appropriate locations within department and around facility.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Check inventory of machine tape, hot glue, UPC labels, box labels, ribbons, pallets, etc.
• Order materials and maintain supplies necessary for the daily running of materials, such as cans, boxes, lids, pallet ship sheets, etc.
• Maintain supplies for filling line, such as empty cans, boxes, etc. and operate forklift to manage supply of materials to lineMove full pallets of finished material to pallet wrappers and wrap with shrink wrap.
• Move completed pallets to shipping staging areas
