The Material Handler plays a critical role in keeping production supplied with the materials, equipment, and support needed to operate efficiently. This position prepares and delivers raw materials to manufacturing areas, blends colorants and regrind, manages runners and scrap, and cleans and sets up drying, loading, grinding, and blending equipment. Responsibilities include responding to equipment alarms, staging materials and packaging, supporting mold changeovers, performing routine equipment maintenance, and maintaining an organized material-handling area.
