Job summary

Murrelektronik North America is seeking a Material Handler to support safe, accurate, and efficient material flow between the warehouse and production on second shift. The role ensures raw materials, components, and finished goods are moved, replenished, and stored properly while maintaining inventory accuracy in SAP.

Responsibilities include transferring materials, replenishing on the line, operating forklifts, and performing cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Cross-train in multiple production areas and SAP workflows.
• Proven track record of providing high quality and improving production efficiency.
• Demonstrate safe behavior and support department/plant safety goals.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials between the warehouse and production teams.
• Replenish materials on the production line to ensure continuous operations.
• Operate forklifts and other material-moving equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts in SAP.
• Assist with unloading/loading deliveries and provide 2nd shift overlap.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Support operators and follow safety policies.
• Prepare recyclable material for disposition and correct SAP entries when needed.
