Job summary

Venteon is seeking a 2nd Shift Master Scheduler in Normal, IL to plan production, materials, and logistics in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will coordinate with customers and manage component planning using ERP/MRP systems.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of materials scheduling experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and strong presentation skills; automotive experience and SAP familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of materials scheduling and planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a supply chain relevant discipline.
• Deep understanding of logistic processes, trends, and coherences.
• 1+ year of automotive supply chain/materials management experience, or 3+ years of comparable experience in another industry.
• Good presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for customer management and communication.
• Schedule and plan production, materials, and logistics activities.
• Manage component planning using ERP/MRP software systems.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
• Follow up on delivery and customer service requirements as needed.
