Innova Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for a full-time contract‑to‑hire position in Londonderry, NH (onsite, 2nd shift: 2:00 PM–12:30 AM, Mon–Thu). You will work with electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies and perform soldering as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a repair field, proficiency with MS Excel/Word/Outlook, and a high school diploma or GED. You will document repairs, follow safety and quality procedures, and contribute to Lean initiatives.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a repair field or related experience.
• Computer skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Soldering experience is required.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Mansioni

• Work knowledge of electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies.
• Perform computer activities with programs provided.
• Document repairs accurately and follow procedures.
• Report deviations and obtain quality inspection when needed.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Support Lean manufacturing through continuous improvements.
