Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks a Manufacturing Technician for a 12-month contract in Ashaway, RI (on-site, 1st shift). Responsibilities include set-up, calibration, rework, and quality testing of parts and assemblies. Strong reading of drawings and IPC J-STD-001 solder certification are ideal.

W-2 engagement only; potential contract-to-hire. Pay range is $21–$23 per hour with benefits and a referral program. This position requires on-site work and is part of a larger engineering project with engineering

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of related experience.
• Currently or previously IPC J-STD-001 solder certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions in all manufacturing operations, including set-up, calibration and rework.
• Conduct quality testing related to parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.
• Collect and evaluate operating data to adjust products or equipment online.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Assist in developing methods to control or modify manufacturing processes.
