Innova Solutions in Londonderry, NH is seeking an Assembly Technician for a full-time, on-site role with a 4/10 work schedule (Mon-Thu, start time 5:00 AM). The ideal candidate will perform mechanical assembly, use epoxies, and read technical specs, ensuring precise torque and wiring work on small parts.

Qualifications

• Requires minimal job knowledge/skills.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Use of epoxies.
• Read and interpret a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
• Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, Bonding application, Torque assembly tools working on small parts.
• Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
