Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in engineering technology, CAD, or manufacturing technology is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating and setting up manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with rotary die-cutting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Use calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools to verify product quality.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Train and mentor Machine Operators.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
