Job summary

JBC Technologies, Inc. in North Ridgeville, OH is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (5:15 pm–3:45 am, Monday–Thursday). You will set up, run, and monitor production machines to maintain schedule and quality.

Open to entry-level and experienced operators, with profit sharing, 401(k), health/vision/dental benefits, and a 4-day work week. On-the-job training and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Able to read measurements/basic math.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• 2 years of manufacturing or machine-operating experience (preferred).
• Experience with measuring equipment (preferred).
• Setup experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines safely and efficiently.
• Monitor output and make basic adjustments.
• Perform quality checks and record results.
• Support changeovers and basic setups.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
