Job summary

Integer is seeking team members for a 2nd shift manufacturing role in Minnesota. You will set up equipment, assemble parts per print, and inspect components with microscopes and measurement tools. The job emphasizes safety, quality compliance, and documentation, with cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Integer Values and safety/quality/regulatory requirements including QMS, FDA regs, and company procedures.
• Set up equipment for assembly/inspection as per process specification.
• Work under supervision with clearly defined duties.
• Assemble component parts per print using manual and automated machinery.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally; escalate non-conformances.
• Complete required documentation.
• May package product for shipment.
• Participate in team efforts for continuous improvement.
• Expand skills via on-the-job training and rotations.
• Perform other duties as required.
