Job summary

bioMérieux in North Carolina is seeking a Manufacturing Service Technician to operate high-speed, highly automated equipment for BacT/ALERT production and packaging in a cGMP environment. You will perform setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and document batches according to Manufacturing Directions and SOPs.

You will generate reports and KPIs, support deviations and CAPA actions, train teammates, and collaborate with Materials, Production Operations, and Quality Control to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a regulated production/operations environment or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to operate high-speed, highly automated production equipment.
• Familiarity with FDA/GMP regulations and OSHA safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment using HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Execute production activities per Manufacturing Directions and SOPs.
• Ensure batch paperwork is complete accurately and timely.
• Document processes and data per company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with review and revision of Manufacturing Directions and SOPs.
• Support deviation analysis, CAPA actions and quality concerns.
• Train and certify teammates on production processes.
• Generate reports, charts and KPIs to identify issues and drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Materials, Production Operations and Quality Control daily.
