You will oversee the assembly line, operate and troubleshoot equipment, and ensure production targets are met. Responsibilities include training and delegating work, monitoring output quality, and maintaining production records for performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Operate and troubleshoot assembly line machinery at fixed workstations.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality and record daily production data.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations under limited supervision.
• Train, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees.
• Address non-routine problems on the line.
