Siemens Energy in Fort Payne, Alabama is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM) to join our turbine generator component factory. You will work with a team to assemble parts and ensure quality in a climate-controlled, safety-focused environment.

Your hands-on skills, ability to read blueprints, and commitment to high craftsmanship will help us deliver top-quality generators for customers worldwide.

Formación

• High school diploma (or GED) required; technical training in manufacturing a plus.
• Strong safety and quality mindset essential.
• Hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, ideally in energy sector.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble turbine generator components using hand tools and machinery.
• Follow blueprints and work instructions to ensure precision.
• Perform quality inspections on finished parts to meet specs.
