Job summary

Gorilla Glue is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician in Sharonville, OH, to support daily production by operating equipment, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring safe, efficient processes. The role collaborates with Maintenance and Engineering to keep lines running and improve quality and throughput.

Responsibilities include setups/changeovers, data collection, safety adherence, SOP compliance, and assisting CI/NPI efforts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of Train the Trainer Certificate required.
Forklift certification required or willing to obtain.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, 5 preferred.
At least 1 year of hands‑on experience operating technical or production equipment.
Experience supporting equipment setups, changeovers, and routine production activities.
Exposure to continuous improvement (CI) or new product/process introduction (NPI) activities in a manufacturing setting.
Experience working collaboratively with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Operate assigned production equipment safely and efficiently, with a safety-first mindset.
Perform equipment setups, changeovers, and basic adjustments per SOPs; monitor performance and coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering.
Identify and resolve minor mechanical or process issues to minimize downtime; document issues and communicate clearly to Maintenance and Engineering.
Follow all safety procedures (LOTO, PPE) and report safety concerns, equipment hazards, or quality issues; perform quality checks.
Follow SOPs and provide improvements; support CI and NPI activities; assist in trials under Engineering direction.
Maintain accurate production and equipment records.
Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and participate in problem-solving meetings.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and support other teams to meet production goals.
