The Machine Operator I position is responsible for safely operating assigned production equipment while ensuring product quality, productivity, and adherence to established safety standards. The Machine Operator I follows standard work procedures, performs routine inspections, supports equipment changeovers, and contributes to efficient production operations while developing proficiency across production processes.

What will your day look like?

• Operate assigned production and packaging equipment according to established work instructions.

• Accurately document production, quality, and inventory information.
• Monitor equipment performance and notify supervision of safety, quality, or operational concerns.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and line setups.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Safely load materials and packaging components into equipment.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Work effectively with team members across departments.
• Complete cross-training activities as assigned.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
